When we say that Prince is an "expert" on women are we saying he understands them or that he knows how to work them?

I think the man, out of pride , is an expert at getting women off. However I doubt that he is that great at making women feel as if they have been made LOVE to. Of course he may be great at BOTH, this is purely my opinion, my 2 cents if you will.
