Oh honey, we've all been hurt, but we're all not sitting around waiting to "take it out on someone". It's kind of juvenile to approach that idea. Most of my demons have been exorcised long ago.

If you said something that wasn't heady and blissfully unaware of any reality or truth, I'd respond different. You act as though Prince is everything to everyone, he's perfect, and everything he does is gold. It doesn't work that way.

Go back and read what someone typed, when they said, "Ernest and many others are his true fans because they appreciate his amazing talents even when sometimes you wonder if Prince appreciates his own talents. I assure you that they are not fair weather fans that will drop him should he change his faith or produce another album that they think is inferior. I like hearing their opinions because they are educated and thought out opinions.

I think Ernest would say it to Prince's face and do so because he wants Prince to snap out of this "love like jazz" crap."

You, and whoever, can spin that as hate or malice, but it's a lot more truthful that "Don't you just LOOOOOVE Prince?" Yeah, I do, that's why I'm hard on him.
