I'm fairly certain I printed it off but what I did with it after that is anyones guess! Some people are like Slinkies...

Yeah, I already have 'Continental Drift', I actually managed to find a fair few of them before I gave up but now vc40 has added that boots list It should be much easier to find the others. You can do a date search on http://www.thedatabank.org/main.htm for cross-reference. I've had to do that a lot lately.
