I'm never disrespectful to Prince and I never photoshop his image-it is all love with me and most of the people who post on picture threads If Prince didn't want those images floating around out there he should have never posed for them

To post some silly thread about posting old photos is insane, and shows that perhaps, despite one's () unhealthy lust for him, one might not know him as well as they think they do. It's bad enough he's removing the funk from his music, and editing the words for the past eight years, we don't need fans doing it for him.

And if "the past" is addressed, every minute that passes is "the past", so do we ignore 3121? It was only 3 or 4 years ago. What about The Rainbow Children? People rave about it, but it's eight years old. Frankly if that were the case, I'd not mind ignoring LotusFlow3r, Musicology, and The Rainbow Children. Wait.....I already do. Do we not post pictures of him and Mayte, or that horrible second wife he had?

As far as pictures....welcome to reality (I know it's tough, but stick with it). Just because someone posts a pic of him in the shower (1981), or w/ his ass showing on a bed (1982) doesn't mean anyone is being disrespectful of him. Do YOU take down pictures that are more than 5 years old in your house? Do you not browse through scrapbooks or photo albums?

Do you see the insanity in the original post now? Probably not, but watch the ensuing responses.
