"$" In The Car So I take my old 3rd generation 40G iPod with me today while out w/ a friend. He has a new Nissan Cube. I had the iPod plugged into the built in iPod dock, and on shuffle.
While sitting in a parking lot while he gathered cold, refreshing beverages for the both of us from a convenient store, I cranked up the stereo as "1999" played. As the shuffle moved me to the next song, a tune came on I only partially remembered. It was Prince, I think, couldn't place the song, until the music kicked in. Then I looked at the radio display and saw "$" up there, from MPLSound. I was actually digging it. At home, not so much. In the car, fun.

Isn't it easier to say that the song is better to you now that you've had a fresh listen as opposed to some long drawn out tale about 3rd generation 40G iPods, beverages and Nissan Cubes? And to top it off you still have to make some bullshit comment about it sounding fun in the car and not at home... WTF?!!?!
Fronters kill me... I swear

Well anyone knows I'm not a fan of the Lotus set. But for some reason, today, it sort of hit the boogie spot in the car. "1999" sounded better in there though. lol

Didn't Prince make that interviewer listen to MPLSoUND in his car, so that she could get the proper ambience? Maybe there's something to that.
Or... were those "refreshing beverages" 40oz Colt 45's? I'd bob my head to some Amy Grant after a forty. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

Yes. Unless you put it in your iPod under MPLSoUND. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

Yes. Unless you put it in your iPod under MPLSoUND. Or unless you never really paid attention to the whole damn thing. lol By the way, we were DRIVING, and I don't really drink, so no. No Colt's. My friend had a chocolate milk, and I had an Arizona Tea.
