What made you a Prince fan was it his music{a certain song} or him and his Charisma? What got you hooked into him?

He is what gets me into him, him and a feeling that just wouldn't go away. The music is just an extra added bonus.

Seeing his videos on MTV -- not sure I know how to describe it -- but he connected with me in a way that I thought I was watching myself, and I had to know more. This was in 1983. The music definitely had a lot to do with it. When I got the 1999 album, I was hooked for life.

His music. Sometimes the guitar playing, other times the drum playing, or the keyboard riffs, or the horn section of certain songs or a combination of the above mentioned. Also the falsetto that puts a shiver in your spine, or the screams that
could shatter the glass in the windows when you're playing the song too loud. A lot of things.

For me, it's the whole package: full-on musical genius, passsionate songwriting, heartbreaking melodies, amazing live performances - and THAT doesn't describe adequately what he does for me.

I get excited that its the same guy. Who else could write Cream and Family Name? Lets Pretend We're Married and Adore? Sexy MF and When 2 R in Love.

With every album he has refused to take the easy road and copy the previous one. He has forced me 2 get excited about his music and I'm just so glad my Dad played 1999 at full blast way back when. I was hooked from the get go. Prince opens the door to so many types of music and excels in all of them.

not much gets me truly excited about Prince, except the celebration. I think it's just out of habit now. or perhaps the daily re-education from hanging around the org too much.

In all honesty I didn't really like him as a child. However he did get me curious. What got my attention is when My husbnd tould me all the info he knows about him. ( He is his #1 Fan) then after I watched his movies... and listened to him music a lil more attentivly.

Everything about Prince get's me exicted about him, especially his face, he is so beautiful.

The thing that I love about Prince, is everything that comes out of him stands for one thing, LOVE.

I really believe that he is a vehicle to show us all peace and love on this earth. He is one of the most important figures alive today, and the force of his music is so strong, there are truly no words to describe it. He is fantastic, in the truest sense of the word.
