How'bout "Witness 4 The Prosecution" ?
and "Sister" proved to be quite a riff during the Lovesexy Tour. Prince will always make pop out of hard rock, so don't expect him to be Jimmy Page and/or Robert Plant. Still, a whole "Dreamer" can't merely compare to the second half of "The Cross". Hard Rock spirit does not necessarily come from fuzz pedals, overdrived guitar sounds and show-off solos. The Colors R brighter, the Bond is much tighter

to me it lacks substance... it's like it's mindless shredding that Buckethead would dig Dreamer has soul, and solos to like Purple Rain and Never Take the Place of Your Man do aswell. Darlin Nikki, Endorphinmachine, Loose, and Computer Blue all give Dreamer a run for it's money, with Fury somewhere just a little bit behind.

Bambi has half of the riffage containted in explosive Dreamer. Dreamer is the song you blast in a stereo and capture attention & turning heads. Bambi has pop elements whereas Dreamer is just cut edge blues injected rock n roll ! If bambi were released now it would sound just as heavy or heavier than Dreamer. Dreamer only "sounds" heavier because it was produced with recording technology that's 30 years newer than the technology used to record bambi.
