Not sure where the "new" part comes from but to try to answer the question.....I don't think I do. Firstly, because I don't know the man adn for me to "love" him I would have to know him personally or I would just be a 'fan'. Musically I love some tracks but many of the tracks from the past ten years just sound bland to me...especially much of the Planet Earth stuff. Now when I was a teenager and listening to Sign 'O The Times it was different because with teenage hormones EVERY song has more meaning. Chocolate Box and the like just don't cut it for me.

This thread is interesting though. I can see the shitslinging going on and (although I partake of it myself sometimes) I can't help but wonder if some in this thread would benefit from being a little less insulting and a little more logical. Attempting to discuss something is always better than shitslinging.
