The Tina, LaToya and Elvis covers you mentioned aren't that much of a surprise.

There are quite a few mis-facts on that page too. Whoever wrote it needs to do their homework.

That list is nowhere near complete. still good though.

The list of covers is extremely long and constantly growing. I had a Prince Versus The World playlist on my ipod. It had Prince's version of a song then the cover versions.
