Let's be real here. If you take into account the American Idol/America's Got Talent/X-Factor/Britain's Got Talent/etcetc shows.....MJ is clearly holding this title.

Do you know how many times of seen little kids sing "Who's Loving You"? And yes, I'm well aware it's a Smokey Robinson song, but it's not Smokey's version they are covering.

Sorry I think we are discussing recorded covers. People singing MJ songs on silly talents shows are not recorded covers. P has a lot of covers for an artist from his generation a hell of lot more than MJ who is not a great songwriter.
