Prince offers an exclusive song to the Montreux Jazz New version of «In a Large Room With No Light» by Prince - Exclusively available on the Montreux Jazz Festival’s homepage www.montreuxjazz.com from Thursday July 15th. Montreux, July 15th 2009. On July 18th Prince will conquer the Stravinski Auditorium stage and conclude the grand final act of the 43rd Montreux Jazz Festival. After the surprising announcement of two one-off concerts in one evening, another coup occurs: Prince recorded a song for the Montreux Jazz Festival, available exclusively on the official website www.montreuxjazz.com, starting from July 15th. With his jazzy interpretation of the song "In a Large Room With No Light", we are given a foretaste of the upcoming concerts by the musical wonder from Minneapolis. "In a Large Room With No Light" is a groovy mix of soul, jazz and funk, whose melodic structure mounts to a guitar solo climax. The anticipation for the musical event of the summer is rising.
