I have no idea where this information comes from, they simply link to Lotusflow3r, but Israel's Haaretz newspaper has an item on five acts to catch in Europe this summer and one of them is Prince. It says (my translation):

"This summer one of the singer's biggest concert tours will be launched, covering all of Europe, Asia and Australia. Exact dates will be released during July."
