Use Myxer.com! You can make all your ringtones if you have the music on your computer. You can even choose the loudness, if you want it to fade in or out and which part of the song you like best. It's amazing. Right now I have Sexy MF as my ringtone and I used Myxer. It also works if you have the music on your iTunes. Hope that helped... As stated above, can't you just drag songs to your phone? Does it play songs? Some phones you can do that with, some you can't. You could edit any song down to 30 seconds with a fade-in and fade-out and make your own tones.
