PrintableIf you like this movie, check out those unintentionally hilarious Elvis movies aswell. They are just dumb fun, just like "UTCM". I mean Prince as a gigalo is as silly as Elvis being a race car driver. Difference being, Elvis knew his movies were stupid, I hope Prince looks back and realizes "UTCM" was aswell LOL.

Any explanation? prince wanted it b & w from the jump but his mangers said it was a bad idea so they shot it in color, but prince won the argument and through a film process, the film is in the black and white format man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81 | |

I love it. Prince is cute and natural and GREAT comic timing!! Apparently it's black and white because his suit was too bright. He wears a gold suit and it's mentioned in the film so this couls be right! It's B&W because it's meant to be like a comedy from the 30s/40s. Prince always wanted it B&W, but that's a cute reason you came up with. I didn't come up with it - somebody told me this was what happened. Shut up already, damn. | |
