Dirty Diana sounds very much like something Prince would compose, but he I don't think he wrote it.

According to Quincy Jones who produced it...it was about "groupies"!

No,Prince did not write this song but he did submit a song ("Wouldn't U Love 2 Love Me") for MJ to record for 'Bad'.MJ rejected it and it was given to Taja Sevelle instead.
