Just Watched Leno!! DAMN!! The brotha was OFF THE HOOK!! Sheila E.,Rhonda Smith, Renato, Blackwell,Greg Boyer, Eric Leeds & Maceo. Jay Leno even bowed down at Prince's feet. They were tight!! U west coast people better have Ur recorders ON!!

It was a great performance. Plus he looked sharp in the suit and seemed to be having fun ... its not going to scare anyone away like Dolphin on Letterman. He also showed just how good he and the band are, real music indeed. That should help sell the set.

Ditto on the age comment! He looks EXACTLY the same as years ago. Muscially, they were extremely tight and had it down. That song is definitely not my favorite, but hearing being played live it sounds a LOT better.

WOOHOO!!!
Nice performance. He looked great in short hair and the pinstriped suit, Sheila's dominant presence added a lot, and the band was tight. As always, his guitar performance was flawless, and its always nice to see Eric Leeds. Not a career-defining moment, but Gets a solid B+ (with my biggest reservation being I'm not a big fan of the song). Perhaps you should read all the words, hes showing that side. Hes always been serious about it, but to some out there hes seen as too much flash ... I ain't one of them.
