Prince's performance was exceedly extraordinary imo. It is not often that he does ballads live especially televised. As 4 your Bria comment, first off you should revisit the S.H.O.E video, then fast forward to Prince's live performance of S.H.O.E on Jay's show. well, I have to say that, for me, that was one hella performance. His falsetto was fantastic: and the range: Flawless? Possibly not,but sensational: yeah. Ilove this performance. And the whol band really added something to thistrack live during this performance. I could feel the energy within the studio sat here watching from behind my pc.

Mr. Crystal's REM-stage-inducing monologue apparently lulled Prince into a stupor and he woke up forgetting which failed project he was promoting. Nice vocal work on SHOE, but boy, if you could contain that entire show in a pill form...Sominex would be out of business. | |
