WOW. Now I'm glad that although I've been an ORG member for 10 or so years now, it never consumed my life. The bizarre-factor of this thread creeps me out. Its like when I met (the woman who would turn out to be) my wife she was SURE I was the biggest Prince fan possible, I kept telling her, "You don't understand, you ain't seen nothing" THEN we attended a night of Xenophobia celebration and she was like "WOW, some people really over the cliff, you were right! ...Thanks for keeping it in check, babe" (as an aside, she said "I love you" to me for the 1st time that night during "Joy In Repetition" and had "Joy In Repetition" engraved inside my wedding band aluding to that moment)

Tame, why would you want to waist your emotions on a person who makes you feel the way you've stated in your initial post? One of the many important things I have learned is never to stick with a love that can make you feel so miserable. You'll only lose in this game.

This thread is really scary Most of us here are fans of Prince that is why we frequent this place, but there is a fine line to everything. People that sit around and obsess over Prince need a reality check. The man will never know you! He doesn't care that you are on the planet so instead of sitting around daydreaming about Prince get out and enjoy your short life and the time you have with your family/love ones. Nursey can administer Haldol for these things

1. No one knows who or what Tame is.

2. The only thing(s) known about Tame is what Tame has posted. How many posters have tried online dating or back in the day submitted an ad in the newspaper for dating..."beautiful, buxom, blond woman seeking tall, dark, handsome, man -- only to find that the person who shows up at the coffee shop is not beautiful, buxom, tall or handsome ?

3. No one knows the true intent of Tame's post.

4. The internet provides the possibililty for people to be whatever they want, whenever they want; how many here have more than one screen name or account?

5. Prince udoubtedly has "people" who check out threatening advances, if so threatened.

6. Why have so many posters responded? And responded with such voracity?

7. With all the other continual negative, threatening posters, why find Tame's post to be uber alarming?
