Why do I love Prince...
I have been inspired by Prince since I was young...and these feelings pre-existed comprehending Lust. When I fell in love with Prince...It was sweet and friendly. That is where it started...as the years passed and I grew and Prince became a world known musician I felt seperated by that mountain of fame...and I went on to have a family and consequently two failed marriages. I never stopped loving Prince every day...Prince was just in my heart... People would tell me...I was groupie and Prince wants Italian babes...Or a talented singer or a Playboy model...I heard it all. I would respond jokingly and say..."Should I seek out an Indian Shaman to take the Love I have 4 Prince out?" I wouldn't bother...Loving Prince has kept me company even without him near me. If Prince was my imaginary friend in my loneliness...I had one. And Prince had a friend. I could offer Prince my Love daily and never tire of it...I could speak that Love...Touch with that Love...Or sit in silence for weeks with that Love...It just is. What would have happened if Prince didn't go any further than the "1999." album? I'm very happy that Prince did, however, I would still be in love with him 2day after our brief encounter in 1983. My hug is genuine...Prince is in no danger...My Love could be his shield. yeah I was involved in a play that explored the topic of space and how you can be close 2 some one and yet not connect at all, or on the reverse side you can be millions of miles away from someone and feel a strong connection the piece was called 'Penetration' it was a movement dance piece and it featured some really great music, including the Bueno Vista Social Club and some fab Italian music, I hope my friend who directed it can make it into a full ensemble it blew me away.....very moving, and my Tia and Wala loved it too, actually my Tia just got bit by the Theater Bug and she can't wait to perform...LOL back to being mad at Prince  | |

WOW. Now I'm glad that although I've been an ORG member for 10 or so years now, it never consumed my life. The bizarre-factor of this thread creeps me out.
