Time for CJ's history lesson.

The Articles of Confederation organized the United States of America and set a congress up as a governing body.

The Congress had a President with a 1 year term. So the little guy is off on his number of Presidents, but not that there were Presidents.

You can certainly argue that the offices are dissimilar, but the title remains.
