^He can't stop parodies. I'm not an expert on the law, but I'm fairly sure there is a law that prevent someone suing just because they've been parodied - it's all part of the basic principles of free speech. Their needs to be hard evidence that the parody caused significant financial loss or whatever - and how anyone would prove that is even beyond Prince.
