Crimson and Clover getting airplay in Europe, but where's the CD?

I just noticed that Prince's cover of Crimson and Clover has been added to the playlist on Icelandic Radio 2 and has been getting good airplay the past few days on their main shows... but the strange thing is that the Lotusflow3r 3CD set is STILL not available for purchase over here.
Maybe Prince is releasing this track as a promo for an upcoming proper European release of the CD? hmmm

That ain't no box set, no more than Emancipation, Crystal Ball, or SOTT was.
