Does anyone have any cool Prince posters? I am on the hunt for a cool poster to frame, but have so far not found anything decent. | |

None I'm giving up. I searched a few years ago to replace ones my mother destroyed when I was in school because our church went on an anti-rock music stance, and preached against Prince as part of it. (Of course I'm tapping my foot when they're playing "DMSR" and "Let's Pretend We're Married" on the PA system, but that system was awesome in that church.) I have replaced most all of my posters, except one 1999 era poster (close up, smokey shot, purple jacket, leather collar).
My fave poster is the one of him in white in front of a spanish villa type window. And the  poster w/ his guitar (red, gold, yellow in color) with that typhoon in full effect. I have a Lovesexy poster too. You know the one. The one with the too-much-makeup-looking-way-too-gay. | |

I have about 5 Prince posters, i need to frame two of them tho because target didn't have big enough frames... I have;
The Batman promo poster The poster that you get from the Purple Rain album The poster you get from the I Wish U Heave Single The two I need to frame are the Gold Experience one (the same pic was used on the guitar player magazine cover), and the big Controversy poster with the sheet music. | |

Yea, ideally a poster with him mid jam on a guitar from 80's or 90's would be what id be after. Love the Controversy image with the sheet music behind him too. I will be scoping that shit out on ebay. [Edited 5/6/09 14:32pm] | |

(not bragging-just saying) I have many cool posters. Official warner bros release posters for Parade, U got the look, Lovesexy, Sign "o" the Times, If was your girlfriend, Batman, the hits poster board and others. Haven't looked at them in twenty years. I am going to sell my "U got the look" poster at some point. But, I aint gonna give up my parade posters!!!   99.9% of everything I say is strictly for my own entertainment | |
