This would involve math. I'm out.

Out of the three disks, remove all the remixes, and rehashes, and you'd have a good set. Take out "Love Sign", "So Dark" (although I love this mix, it belongs on a maxi single), "Tell Me How U Wanna B Done", "An Honest Man", "Cloreen Baconskin", "Good Love", "Get Loose", "P Control", and shorten "Days of Wild", then you'd be onto something. Those disks are REALLY short in time, and you could pretty much fit all 3 disks onto 2 disks.

In fact, if you took out the songs I mentioned, plus "She Gave her Angels", you'd be right at 80 minutes of time. THere's your set.

I see everyone loves Bacon Skin, I love it but it runs too long imo..

I know the song One of your Tears is on the Truth and maybe it does'nt count, but the bass in Tears kinda reminds me of the dark music Prince played for Apolonia in his basement in Purple Rain.) Plus it's in the Set!

There are some real gems on Crystal Ball, and a lot of filler. First lesson: Prince is awesome! Second lesson: Makes you wonder if the vault is all that great?

wow they make a cd that can comprise of 3 discs on2 one cd? damn those 90 min cds r a bitch 2 play as it is ..i can't imagine the problems i would have with 2 hour plus disc

It makes little sense to include The Truth songs when doing this IMO. That's a completely unrelated album to the 3-CD CB set that was only included because Prince ultimately chose not to burn money sending it out separately in its own packaging.

It'd be like creating a ONA Live mix and including ONA studio songs just because they included ONA studio as an extra in the ONA Live box set package.
