Alternate tracklist for MPLSOUND?

Forgive me if this has already been discussed here- but at the end of Ol' Skool Company - Prince does one of those things where he rattles through all the tracks on the CD, but although most of the tracks seem to be there, there are some interesting exceptions, for one, it appears perhaps "77 Beverly Park" was sequenced in between Valentina and Better with Time. There might be a track or two mentioned that didn't make the album as well, although it's hard to tell where the song titles are and what is thrown in just to connect them.

Neither of the tracks between Dance 4 Me and Valentina are mentioned either, although there could be a different track or two mentioned there that didn't make the final cut. Also, "No more Candy 4 U" is not mentioned, which could suggest an early tracklisting that ended with "Ol Skool Company"

Yup, this occurred to me, as well, but 77 Beverly Park doesn't really "fit" the sound of MPLSoUND. Perhaps these lyrics were written before Prince decided to split his work into two separate CDs.

I think the line, if U wanna c me rock is a reference to Ure Gonna C me. The song between Ure Gonna C Me and Valentina is obviously different to what's there now. And I think you're right about previously ending with Old Skool Company as we have a 9 song list mentioned. Not sure about the Wanna Be Free bit.

Ain't another like me
in this Chocolate Box
You gotta Dance 4 Me
If U Wanna C Me rock
Call the government man and tell him we Wanna Be Free?
Valentina, tonight I'm busy.
So tell your mamma, 77 Beverly Park
It gets Better With Time
We got the Old Skool Company y'all dancing in the dark, I don't mind.

I listened to Valentina , 77 Beverly Park, and Better with Time all back to back and they seemed to flow together pretty well, actually.
