hard copy of lotusflow3r Today I finally received my hard copy of lotusflow3r. So what's the difference with the downloads ?
- MPLSound is exactly the same - Boom is equally long as on the download (despite the 4.45 stated on the website) - "Crimson and clover" replaces "the morning after" (personally I believe that "the morning after" is a better song to follow after boom) - no booklet (!!) - no lyrics (!!!) but nevertheless, great 2 albums

That's why I don't understand the non-US fans being so upset about the distribution.

We are not "upset" it just the retailers over here rip us off charging a silly $47.50 up to $78.00 in some areas for the CD ...that's just not on when you can get it of Ebay for $16.00 and they still make a good profit.. Da, Da, Da....Emancipation....Free..don't think I ain't..! London 21 Nights...Clap your hands...you know the rest..

That makes sense, then. Sounds like the retailers are either price gouging. Unless Prince is charging them out the ass for it. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

Don't get me wrong, I'm from Europe, too.
But I don't care if I can buy the cds next week or next year because I already have the music. The package doesn't matter to me, especially it does not even come with a booklet.

The cds are really nice in the package, but the paper packaging could have been improved. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

Sorry I'm old school like to have the physical object in my hands .... I tread it as part of the artwork ... Music Downloads are boring... If I have a top range Colour printer ...quality paper and a CD Label Printer I'd do it myself ...I think that's a few years away for most.... I tend to like the feeling of a cd or album in my hand. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

the cd looks like a promo cd actually, especially on the back of the cd. even the picture on the cd itself looks poorly printed, like a selfmade cd. I even believe the sound quality from the downloads is better than on the cd. but like I said, nevertheless very good music. but the last few years he spends less time in cd artwork so it seems.
