Prince - please start an XM/Sirius channel! Prince should bring his "NPG Radio" that he introduced on the NPGMC Ahdio Transmissions to XM/Sirius.
A station that aired new Prince music, remixes, maybe live concerts on weekend nights, and interviews/commentaries. Also, this could be a nice venue for introducing new acts and re-introducing old acts that Prince likes. AC/DC and Paul McCartney just did this earlier this year but they were promoting their new albums only and then faded away. I'm talking about a fulltime, permanent station. Would the demand be there, and would you pay a fee to subscribe? How hard could it be?

I doubt that will happen.

It'd be nice though. Prince was asked about owning a radio station. Satellite would be the perfect venue for that. There's a lot of FREEDOM to work there. Imagine if old shit starts coming out of the vault, just every now and again, and pops up on the Sirius channel.

Well I just got XM/Sirious with my new car for the last 2 weeks. So far, I discovered they have all Grateful Dead, Frank Sinatra, Elvis and Springsteen stations.
Prince, along with associated artists, would work perfect. I think he has more than enough to be a full time station on there. It would seem to be a good fit, but Prince probably wouldn't like Sirious's dead; whatever it might be.
