If it wasnt for this Org. How do u think you would feel about Prince? Ive lernt so much from this website, Do u think if the org wasnt around you would still like Prince and do u think ur knowladge of him would be wat it is 2day?

I was a fan 20 years before I ever had a computer. I think I'd still be a fan. Sites like the org and HQ helped me learn about records and songs I may never have known about, so I'm very thankful for them.

I have appreciated the Org. for group talk. This room has been informative about Prince's recent performances, however people's opinions are old and new and truly have little bearing on my feelings 4 Prince. I will always love him...

We can have occasional viewpoints about Prince that are not all sugar showering. That is what Love is. It is an array of emotions that we have. Prince is lovable even if I don't agree with some of his decision making. I still expect Prince respect himself and live his life the way his spirit carries him.

Come on ppl! SHOW UR LOVE TO THE ORG!!! lol

Actually I was a Prince fan long before the Org came into existence, and if the Org was to shut down today, it wouldn't change a thing for me. I have however, met a handful of nice individuals I can call friends here.

I was a fan for 15 years when I joined the org in 1999. It has helped me learn more about Prince and to know about shows and where they are and that helped me a lot because I had just become an adult 2 yrs prior to joining so the whole concert thing was new to me, so I thank the org for that. Plus meeting Prince fans has been a plus too and fortunately they were good people. As for being a Prince fan, I was a fan long before I knew what a computer was so if the org, never existed, I would still be a Prince fan. And like 2elijah, if the org died tomorrow, I would STILL be a Prince fan. I'm a Prince fan for life.

Yeah totally agree and fellow Purple Hippies on this site have vastly improved my knowledge of Prince (Bootleggs, Extended Versions, Meanings of Songs etc..) and I just wanna say.....

I have been a lone Prince fan for many years and thats fine with me. However, being on here and meeting a few fans has been a positive experience.

I cannot count the number of times I have laughed a big belly laugh at what someone wrote.

You gotta have a grand sense of humor to be on here, tis true, then again, P. is v.v. funny his own self.

I posted yesterday in the 'signed up for updates' thread about how you get a complimentary visit by the JW's with each sign up. Hee. Jokes, thems just jokes.

Without the org, I'd still love the music and shows, there is no doubt about that. The org has given me a lot of Prince info and knowledge, which has only been a good thing. I wouldn't have seen so many shows without the org and wouldn't have known to search out those bootlegs.

But apart from that, I'm getting married in August. Without the org, that might not be happening as I met my fiancee here. So I absolutely love the org.

I think my knowledge of him was gained more from the Uptown Mags and the Pir Nelson Books. They practically could tell you the date and time of when Prince used the restroom at the record plant. As far as would I still have been a fan if it wasn't for this site my answer is of course. He's the best musician ever and all the people on the org knew it before the org ever came to life. The org has just been a great resource to find out more about him and to find out more about the people who are into him. I've made some excellent friendships here.

Without the org hmmmm... I suppose life goes on. Although the org is nice, it is not a neccesity. I would still know about Prince even without the org, come to think of it, I do not even remember how I found this site

But I am glad the org exists, it is nice to be in the company of other Prince fans.

I was a Prince fan long b4 I discovered the org.Without the site,I'd keep up with Prince thru many magazine subscriptionz.

Ive been a Prince fan all my life. Ive been a member of the ORG for about 7 years.
The ORG is a great place, honestly, I have been blessed with some great friends here.
Sharing a Prince concert with other ORGERS is always a great experience.

While I do love this site, I've loved Prince since waaaaay before this site was going and if this site were to stop next week (I wouldn't like it), but I would still love Prince.

I do know that because of Prince/HIS MUSIC and the org(fans) there has been lots of love makin, baby makin,
hot sex, smiles, moanin, groaning, weddings, and one night stands...
may be alittle off subject, but whatever....TRUTH BE TOLD...
