PrintableI thought I knew a lot about his music, but the org completely opened up a whole new world of music by Prince for me. I listened to what others said about removing your expectations of his music and going back several times and listen again to songs/albums I thought I didn't like. They were so right. anyway ..i was fan b4 the ppml  i would say without a lot of outtakes and live concerts i probably wouldn't have remained a prince fan all these 26 yearsman, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81 | |

i discovered the org a couple years ago. i appreciate it. wouldn't affect my fan-ship if it didn't exist but its quite informative. i think the "paralysis of analysis" of every detail about a P record/song is antithetical to the artistic process and what its supposed to DO for us. so that and the surprisingly frequent bitchers on the site are a disappointing let down | |
