I was simply making the point that should the release occur in the way I explained a few posts ago (i.e. organising US distribution, while other countries deal with mail or DL) reflects poorly on Prince and how he values fans outside of the US.

But, of course, you know all this. You strike me as being quite savy and able to detect the occasional use of sarcasm and exaggeration to help illustrate an argument.

The price is the cost of it as a promotional tool for the web site. it wouldn't make any sense to ship it everywhere. if it was a serious album it would cost much more than that and then likely be available everywhere.

Like I said, this release is a lot more unclear. There are no local release dates like there have been in the past. Just makes me wonder.
