Look - the style, the tone, the whatever that some people seem to have massive problem with is just filler or wrapping paper if you will. The news, the message can usually be condenced to one line: Prince is playing here. or there. or there. I understand people might wish for Dr FB (and/or Prince) to cut to the chase - but has anything Prince ever been conveyed in a simple, straight-down-the-line fashion? Surely we've all be in the game long enough to just discard the wrapping paper and extract the core message - the stuff we need to know (if we're interested). I'm trying to remember if I ever complained about the wrapping paper when someone has given me a present.

IMO, most of the "former Quakers" who I consider negative are people who were members here all along, or got banned from HQ, so I don't agree. People need to get a fucking life. They are squabbling over a couple websites and a 50 year old musician that few of us will ever meet, let alone know personally. Doesn't anyone have other hobbies?

I also think people are fed up with Prince and his shenanigans. We just want to hear the new albums not play hide-and-go seek games with a website, gossip blog, etc.
