Words like Organisation are not spelt with z's (That is an Americanism and if a child spelt it that way, they would marked as wrong), the earlier orger was correct, these American spellings are bastardisations in our eyes. Other examples we add an extra u in words like Neighbourhood, Labour, Colour.
You should realise not everyone is an American and humans are all different. I myself find American spellings incorrect.
