First off Prince has said in the past that he watched JAMES BROWN as a Kid. Then I heard he took acting and dancing lessons for PURPLE RAIN. | |

Oh come on guys!
Prince used to run around the stage alot sliding on the floor which my ten year old nephew does all the time...is my nephew a brilliant dancer...not really but he has a lot of fun! Which is exactly what Prince does....yes he can/sorry could do the splits and jump up in the air and cross his legs over and sometimes the odd robotics routine (Lovesexy Tour) but is it brilliant? I don't think so guys....but I'm not knocking it, I love it...as I say it's the part of the shows that I really miss. But Brilliant....I don't think so I heard the rip when you sat down! | |

Now this :p Most likely that person was talking about 00s Prince. Most people here are probably thinking about 80s/90s Prince. Old Prince and new Prince ain't the same thing.
