Nope, I would never conform to Prince's religious views. I am not certain that Prince will remain a JW. Look at Bob Dylan...he has devoted himself to Judaism, Christianity, and scores of other religions over the years. He's blowing in the wind...

Wat does Bob Dylan have to do wit this thread? It reads like u're using Bob as Prince's example for his religious decisions.

And Hasn't P been a JW for like, 10 years? Saying that it's a faze at this point is some unrealistic, wishful thinking.

Not even if the 44th President of the United States made it a mandate! And HE could get me to walk to the moon, right about now!
I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

Religions have slight variations, similar 2 Ethnic backgrounds.
I realize the topic is more serious than racial shades because it is your spirit's intellect that is choosing a concept 2 use as a foundation.

Maturity changes perspectives of religion and learns 2 at least understand where everyone is coming from, as well as the Atheist or the Agnostic.

Prince had said in the "Las Vegas," DVD I believe that we should champion our diversities.

True.

When it comes down 2 Jesus being on the throne of your spirit...there is no reason why two people with slight variations in ritual could not be happily married. If that is the case, than perhaps a zero tolerance for someone a little different from you doesn't bring U high enough on a spiritual platform 2 truly have a sensible argument on your own behalf. cool

A friend of mine just recently was warning me that I should not get married to someone unless they were Christian... so I asked her "what about if I fell in love with someone who was Jevohah Witness and wanted to get married" just to see what she would say... she just looked at me and said No... it would not work..

What do I say to that, we will see!!

Religion divides us.... Spirituality unites us... It's true.

and I have a little poem that just came to mind as I was replying to this topic

Enjoy.

"Love has no bounderies if it is meant to be, I have traveled so far, just to see, what it is about you and me".
heart love

Exactly, religion is just another way to divide the masses.
