I used to hear all the time about how he ran a tight ship from day one no drink or drugs. However in reading an old Uptown a few days ago from 1994 there is a extensive run-down of Europe's Act II Tour where they say he went upstairs in a cllub after a gig and 'had whiskey' before leaving.

Any one shed any light on this?

he drunk wine at the vegas shows, and ordered pina colada's at the indigo2 in london 2007, just as an example. he most definately drinks, let's put it that way

He kinda looks like he doesn't shy away from the bottle, but not excessively.

He drank some Long Island Iced teas around the time of Hallucination Rain, Had Wine at other times, Cosmopolitans and Apple Martinis in Vegas or Cali.

..if prince has Native American in his ethnicity...he might have a low tolerance for liquior..given it has 2 do with the liver...

I watched this movie the other night where this actress says here..have a drink...a real man always looks better with a Martini in his hand...I thought it was funny.

I don't know Prince's liquor intake...I rarely drink.

Tame, you ARE Prince. So if he rarely drinks, then you rarely drink.

I get the impression that he likes wine but he drinks in moderation and being so health conscious, I doubt he's wat we may call a "drinker".

Prince drinks frequently from the furry cup, indeed some on here have indicated that the man may even drink the baby gravy!

I read on somewhere that his fave drink is port.
