Perhaps this has already come up, apologies if so,
i read a mention that Prince is working with D'Angelo on D'Angelo's forthcoming new album - does anyone know any more details?

D already covered "She's Always In My Hair" - and i generally hear a Prince influence in D's music.

I love both these artists.

I read the report in Billboard mag.

More info please if you've heard anything too.

i doubt that prince and d'angelo are "working together on d's new album",
if anything materialises at all it will just be one song with a tiny bit
of prince contribution like a backing vocal, a few lead lines or a nice
little guitarsolo.

but at this point i don't even see that happening.
