He has performed "The Beautiful Ones" many times, most notibly on the Purple Rain, Act II, One Nite Alone, Musicology and Earth tours. And yes, he does go all out on the screaming . I don't recall ever hearing "The Dance" live...Toejam @ Peach & Black Podcast: http://peachandblack.podbean.com

The Dance (instrumental - just Neto on keys) was played at the O2 on 10 August and at beginning of the IndigO2 aftershow on 14 September (AM) in 2007. I'm not aware of a sung performance. ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift. |

Aggghhh... WAS IT!!??? No, don't tell me that! Oh actually now it rings a bell... God, I'd loved to have been there to hear that, even if it was just the instrumental, the piano playing on that song is beautiful!! Was it good, does anyone know? I've only heard TBO in concert at the O2, that was one of the most INCREDIBLE moments of my life, I NEVER thought I'd actually SEE and hear that right in front of my eyes, bliss....total bliss... The intro to that song makes my heart turn over, EVERY single time I hear it! | |
