i don't mean 2 stoke the rumour fire, but... i remembr years back, (2001-2004?) that michael eavis, the guy that runs the glastonbury festival gave one of his usual press meetings at the end of the festival and the topic of future headliners for glasto' was discussed, and he definately said that P had promised 2 do the show, but couldn't do it then because his wife was expecting a baby and he didn,t want 2 travel ... just the facts ma'am, just the facts (of course, sadly, 'expecting' does not always end up with a joyous conclusion.

That was because of The greatest Romance ever been sold. When it came out I didn't know Mani but the girl in the vid was "getting" pregnant, so I immediately thought it was Prince's new girlfriend, being pregnant.
But after that I didn't hear anything anymore. And then came those toddler pics, remember the ones I posted?

I wouldn't be surprised at all, he seems like the person to hide that. I like him being private.

Also, in the video, Prince and the lead actress are dressed and posed in clothes that look almost identical to Pics that Mayte and Prince posed for in the magazine spread in Spain... the one that shows the White mansion in Marbella Spain.

Also, Mayte was pg with Prince's baby.

I just always thought this song was Prince airing his feelings about the lost relationship with Mayte.

If Prince and Manuela had a child, people would know. All those parties they had at "3121" and nobody noticed a nursery (or a child wandering downstairs saying, "Mommy, I can't sleep with that loud guitar")? No custody discussion during their divorce?

C'mon, people...a child is a tough thing to hide.

It is quite possible that media fabricated the idea that Prince and Mani had a child.
