Despite the internet being 'a vast wasteland full of porn and predators' or whatever it was Prince said about it, he obviously has someone on his team that feeds information to 'Funkenberry' knowing it will at least get to the fan sites.

Unfortunately it seems to be the same sort of non-information and hints at things that never transpire that the official Prince sites always gave.

Exactly!
I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

All in all, pretty meaningless.

I think should Prince should just go back 2 suddenly unleashing whatever album he wants 2, without warning, and without concern 4 public perception.

The only possible clue of anything here, is the mention of the new fonts...

This sounds like a hint that this font and colour may be used on a new album, or other product.

We can all be pretty much assured that Prince has at least one album in the can, and I'm sure Bria's album is finished... As usual, it's just a matter of if, when, and how Prince decides 2 release them.

The unfortunate part of this, is that when Prince sits on a finished project, it either doesn't get released, and if it does, it isn't generally as "inspired" as say, a 'Lovesexy' or 'The Rainbow Children'. I love Prince's continuity when he's on fire, so 2 speak. I also like his diversity, just 2 be clear.

I'm just hoping the ORG-bashing of the brilliant 'Planet Earth' album hasn't affected what (and when) he decides 2 release the next, and forthcoming albums. I've said before that it would be wise 4 Prince 2 AVOID the internet altogether. The best art one can create, is without any regard whatsoever 2 how it will be received. He has always been "bold", and still is... probably always will be, so I'm not 2 worried.

I am definitely in the "not brilliant" camp with respect to Planet Earth. I mean...it's a pleasing effort, on balance. But there are moments that just make me shake Sorry...can't help it. shrug

If Prince lets public opinion inform his art, or the release of it, then he is no longer the bold non-conformist he once was. I can certainly relate to people becoming more "settled" as they age. But a lot of us actually become more contrary than we ever were.
