Favourite Prince Film

I just wondered what was the orgers favourite prince film if they have one, this questions proabably been asked a billion times but i'm slow...

So which is it or in order of your faves...

mine would be:

1) Grafitti Bridge
2) Purple Rain
3) Under The Cherry Moon

(only bit i don't like in graffiti bridge is the conception that that woman is soem kinda angel)
JaneyPoos used to be it... then they changed what it was. Now what I am isn't it and what is it is strange and frightening to me...

I think, for most of us,the order would be like this...

1) Purple Rain
2) Under The Cherry Moon
3) Graffiti Bridge

If we could add the 'SOTT' concert film,it would be number one on my list.

You don't seriously think 'Graffiti Bridge' is a better film than 'Purple Rain' do you? wink

I'm not sure Purple Rain was better quality set wise but i just prefered Graffiti Bridge, spose cos George Clintons in it as well and quite a few of the other songs i love. And yeah if you guys really want you can add SOTT.

That was the first glimpse i ever had of princes overall talent so that'd probably be joint 1st.

Under The Cherry Moon is still a home-cinema delight!

One of my all time favorites... I wish they'd make more of em like that.

1. Under The Cherry Moon - Fun, nostalgic, cool. My fave easily at the mo.

2. Purple Rain - The most dated looking but Morris and Jerome are in it and it's still ok.

3. Grafitti Bridge - A weird film with disjointed storyline but still possesses a nice dreamy atmosphere.

1. Sign 'o' The Times...one of the best concert movies of all time. Up there with Woodstock, The Last Waltz, Stop Making Sense...it's the one that really shows Prince's talents the best. Hey its a simple fact that Prince can't act very well. He's a musician and performer first and foremost.

2. Purple Rain...Love it...always will.

3. Under The Cherry Moon...a guilty pleasure of mine. Definitely not an academy award winner, but it has its moments. Also, just for the Montains video at the end makes it a decent flick.

...and finally
Graffiti Bridge...all I can say is barf

I love GB...

Yes the plot is a little lacking but the music is equal to PR. And, heh, lets admit, they both are extended music videos.

The there's Under the Cherry Moon. Cheesy yet neat.

2) Under The Cherry Moon- Although I have not officially

seen this movie, I know it has to be better than my next
