I never thought that Prince was gay. However I think he is very much in touch with his feminine side. While most men wouldn't even admit that they have a feminine side, Prince is not shy to flaunt his.
That's why he is able to relate to women in ways most men can't.
I also believe that if Prince was in deed gay, he would have been out of the closet by now. Either by his own will or by accident. The man has been in the public eye since the late 70's and he has never been caught in an encounter with a man. Don't you think if he had gay lovers along the way, one of them would have blown the whistle by now.(no pun intended! biggrin )

I couldn't agree more. I'm a gay man and never thought Prince to be gay but more in touch with his feminine side. (Duh) In fact, I do feel deep down that he's probably a lot more homophobic than some of us would like to believe.

His thoughts (comments) in the most recent interview obviously give us more than enough indication where he stands on gay rights/issues. And,it's completely his right to believe what he does. I wish he would clear this issue up though and not hide behind an interviewer's skirt.
Real men wear pink but they also tell the truth.

There are many entertainers that are gay men that will not "come out of the closet" for fear of losing their cult members, I mean fans. tease Very much so with actors (so I've heard from interviews with gay actors) lol I love his music and would continue to support that and a persons sexuality never enters my mind as a deciding factor. It would however help my obsession. doh! did I say that here? I wouldn't be fantasing/dreaming/daydreaming whatever about me being with him. If he were gay the matter wouldn't be open for discussion since I am female. Yes, I know it doesn't matter anyway because I'll never meet him, know him or live in his world,,,,,that's why its a fantasy. drooling shhh

To me Prince liked to jump in and out of the closet on occasion but belive me

once he's out he's back in before someone locks the door....And doesn't it seem

(for those men who still dislike P for not being "macho enough") the further

you represent yourself as being in the closet might find a back way out?
