He who sues....gets sued, 'bout time. Let's C how he likes it. Prince's ambition to sue three hundred people a week will be in bits after this!

So, what's that on the sue scoreboard?

Prince 2,346,185
Others 1

The others are catching up! lol

hes lost his mojo

2.5 million doesnt sound a heck of a lot to lisence his likeness, his album name and have him endorse it - strange, i bet prince thought that was the fee for appearing at Sears or where-ever it was launched that one time!! lol

I'm considering a lawsuit against Prince for loss of smell associated with 3121's putrid fumes.

Wasn't the "3121," cologne in a "Grammy Gift Bag?"

Yes it was.
Good memory Tame.
wink

I guess if U give it away 2 that crowd, U are promoting in a sense, however, U are promoting 2 people that don't need 2 buy anything. I think that was just a nice gesture.

I don't have it, and I don't know how 2 comment on the fragrance.

NEW YORK (AP) — A perfume company is claiming that Prince and his music publisher failed to honor a contract to help market a fragrance named for the album "3121."

The breach-of-contract lawsuit was filed by Revelations Perfume and Cosmetics Inc. in New York. The company says it licensed Prince's name, likeness and the album title "3121" to market its fragrance.

Revelations says it put $2.5 million into the project and agreed to pay Universal half of net profits from sales of the perfume.

But the lawsuit claims that since the launch of the fragrance in July 2007, Universal and Prince have failed to participate in various promotions for it.

Universal did not immediately return a call for comment. Prince's music studio in Chanhassen, Minn., did not answer several calls.
