Is this Prince? I'm an 'old school' Prince fan , but there is one thing I've never been sure of, this picture: Some say it's his brother what do you think?

[Edited 10/31/08 8:06am] He certainly started out as a puffy cheeked lad. His cheeks have thinned out considerably over the years...check these early pics.
