This is a quiet underrated, beautiful song. Especially the chorus. Damn Prince, how do you do this? Its like the song says "shhh..quiet now..listen...".

I must agree with you RDHULL. That song has no rushed sound about it. Rather, because it sounds like he truly meant what he was singing, it came across as a very deep song. I was pretty much in awe when I first heard this, which wasn't long ago.

this is one of my favorite unreleased tracks! I still don't understand why it didn't make the D&P tracklist. The quality on the version i have is not the greatest but just hearing it at all is beautiful!

This piece brings tears to the eye, it is beautiful, peaceful, magical "if I was a star you would be the night..."

Yeah, for some odd reason, I like the poor sound quality on of this track as it appears on the Jewel Box bootleg. It has kind of a haunting eerie feel to it. Like ghost music.

I always enjoyed the song but I am glad he left it off Graffiti Bridge. I think the song should be released as part of a greater compilation of his rare and unreleased tracks.

One of my faves also. It's so calming, so ethereal. I love it.

I doubt that he would release a song nowadays that includes the line "if there really is a God above".
