I might give them a call to see how much it would cost to copy Prince's style of boot with a 1.5 or 2 inch cuban heel. Hey I'm 5'11 so I don't need giant heels. I have the Brutini half boots that are similar to Prince's, they just don't have the zipper on the side. __________________________________________________

He used 2 get them made in London 2. There's a shoemaker called Costa Kyriacou in Old St, London who'd do fittings in the back of a taxi. Legend has it Prince would send ten-page faxes detailin measurements & drawings of his feet & designs.He sure loves gettin that detail right! ok 1st off, am i missing something? if I missed something, scratch my post.... but where does it say they make Prince's boots? Prince has his boots imported from Italy, from an italian maker and Mayte even said, she has never met the guy (the one in Italy and she said his boots come from there) ...why are folks assuming these folks make Prince's boots? [Edited 10/6/08 19:43pm] Read the credits in the back of the 21 Nights book and it details all the clothes that Prince has on in each photo and if you watched the video you will see that the wooden foot model has Prince's name on it. If he can get it done in the states and in Cali where he seems to live now, why not. It's probably cheaper. yeah...and if you look at the gallery pics....they have a ton of prince boots in every color and matching fabric...I think I even recognize a few pairs. they def make his boots. I'm sure he gots lots made all ova the world too. "not a fan" yeah...ok | |

I Have two pair of these lovely boots, one black pair and one lime green pair with a peach bat on the toe. too cute. they have a metal peice on the bottom righr next to the heel part for support. and both of them say they were made in London. they also both fit, which is awsome.
