In regards to the thread I have to tell this story once again.
I wake up to my stereo's timer system .Every morning I like to listen to Tom Joyner's Morning Show before I jump into the shower. On September 11, 2001 the radio did not come on. The CD player came on instead and the cd was 1999. The sound was up on 9 so just imagine that creepy voice DONT WORRY I WONT HURT U at 5:00 am. It scared the shit out of me but I turned the sound down a little and jammed to 1999 until the song was over and I went on about my business. About 4 hours later the events of 9/11/01 occured and I remembered the lyrics to 1999. I was dreaming when I wrote this forgive me if I go astray. When I woke up this morning could have sworn it was Judgement day. The sky was all purple there were people running everywhere. When it comes to my destruction you know I don't even care. Say Say 2000 zero,zero party's over oops ! Outta Time. I don't listen to the song in the same way now. |

well mine is almost similar to that
I was familar with 1999 pretty much my whole life- a couple of years ago i just became a fan so i bought like alot of cds and stuff off ebay and one of them was a maxi single wit 1999 on it. late one night i was home alone by myself and i put it on. Now mind you MY WHOLE LIFE i heard 1999 a million times btu NEVER have i heard that slowed down message at the beginning of it. HAD NO IDEA it was on that song. Mannnn i turned the cd player up full blast and turned and walked back to the kitchen to wash dishes and that loud ass voice came on and SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF ME! OHHHH LAWDDDDD I NEARLY BUSTED MY ASS!

sense we are on the subject of Prince and the occult world, I was at the library today browsing through a book about Michael Jackson called Jacko His Rise and Fall when I stumbled onto a chapter that discusses his relationship with Prince
It says that Prince presented himself to the Jackson family, hit on Latoya, but the interesting part is the following Michael finally managed to speak when he showed Prince the door after a disastrous evening. "Goodnight he said in a whispery voice. One of Prince's bodyguards came inside and presented him with a package, which he then gave to Michael. It was some twigs and leaves from a sycamore tree along with some metal charms and the tail feathers of a peacock. There was also a tape. Prince told Michael to play the tape backwards. Upstairs in his bedroom. Michael played the tape. "It sounded satanic" He told Frank DiLeo in a late night phone call. I think it's voodoo. Prince has put a hex on me. I'm sure he's a warlock" I thought that was funny, I'm sure it was meant as an elaborate prank by P at Michael's expense, if there is any truth to this. | |
