Yes I believe that to be true I mean come on now you can't just picture Prince with just any ole woman she has to live up to his standards as well as be the center of attention.

But see I don't think that it is that way with Prince because just look at the song THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN THE WORLD. Prince says Beauty comes from INSIDE. So although the woman must look Aesthetically Appealing to Prince I do Believe he goes for Substance. He is a Smart Man you Know.

I don't think he would dump her, as he would not be with her to begin with.

Over the years I have witnessed (over a 10 years span) the "type" of woman/girl that attracts Prince - the ones that he would "hire" as extras in his videos, the one's that he would have his bodyguards bring to him, and the one's he would "let" approach him...they are always petite, fit, pretty(sorta), and young...I think the two most important factors are that they MUST be thin and petite. One might say, oh, that's cuz he is thin and petite - well, when I say thin - they are thin, NOT voluptuous...cept for the titties he gave Carmen. Oh, and Apollonia, who was casted in his movie to replace Vanity!

Another observation is regarding Mayte. When he first "met her" she was very curvacious up until he and her appeared to be getting close - then she lost all her curves and became as thin as him. By the time they were married - Mayte and Prince were the same width.

Not to say he hasn't friends that are overweight...but so far, not someone he would call girlfriend or mate.

Sad, isn't it? But it's what I have observed...others may have seen things differently.

Yes, I think Prince is a perfectionist.

First, I think he's only attracted to women who remind him of himself (Vanity, Mayte, Ananda, Mani). Well, these are the types he seems to have long-term relationships with.

I think he does everything short of surgery (like makeup, clothing, etc.) to shape the woman he's with. The women who are with him don't seem to mind, until the BS starts and THEY get fed up.

Prince tends to mold people into what he wants them to look like. But not just with his girlfriends he's also done this with Morris Day & The Time, The Family, The Revolution,ect. I also don't think he dose the dumping either, most of the people he's been with have left him, mainly because he can't committ to one person. I don't think he would dump somebody just because of their looks, besides Vanity all of his other girlfriend haven't been that drop-dead-gorgeous. I don't think he's that shallow.

Mani's not perfect and he hasn't dumped her.

Oh, and I agree with Ranestarr. His women are just his "type". It's not uncommon for men to like beautiful women. The attaction has to start somewhere.

He is not that shallow but spent too much of his time looking at women in playboy and in strip clubs. That gets the image distorted real women don't look like that naturally.You have to have a mind. He gets bored after 5 minutes of talking if you don't get what he's saying. That's if you can tolerate the mood swings.Like having 3 different men in one body.
