I wander...  After reading this post and watching it It made me wander something. What do you think Prince truely thinks about today's music? And if he does like todays music who do you think he really enjoys and why?

DJ's really do play alot repetative stuff and not of their favs. I think that my husband, me and him would have some very interesteing convo.'s and arguements on anything and everything.
 Prince, If you are reading this, What is probibly the top 5 things that you like to discuss? I love voicing out my opinon(s) and talking about real news and what is going on in the world... that sort of thing. I thnk it would be really cool if we could all just hang out and talk about anything like friends or whathave you. ... A girl can always dream  ... hehe... yeah, he always give "props" 2 people, just check his site, usually musicans he likes, hell state.
One time he mentioned Janet Jackson surprisingly. U probably know the rest ((Musiq, D'Angelo (weather or not Prince still likes him is questionalble after what D. said...) Lenny, TLC, etc. )) Straight Jacket Funk Affair

Could paisleypark4 or anybody else tell me what D'Angelo actually said about Prince? Is it from the liner notes to Voodoo? What does he say in the liner notes? Why did he say it? What was the motive? Does he have something against Prince?

I think Prince would listen to the Jazz station cd 101.9 and he would be into the Romantic slow grooves of Sade,Anita Baker, George Howard, George Benson. The older R and B not the Rap and Hip-Hop or Disco stuff. I just think he'd be more of a Romanticist and go for the Quiet Storm kinda Groove thing. Yeah,peaceful jams. | |
