Prince at the brits! Just been watching prince at the brits on video it one of my favourite prince performances of recent times. The person I feel sorry for though is paul weller who was picking up a life time achievement award that year and played at the end of the brits. I remember him on the Brits '96 (might have been '97) singing Emancipation/We March mix. First time i remember him playing the white symbol-shaped guitar. This is what it's like in the dream factory... |

My favorite of ALL his live performances 
It wasn't so much because he had Wendy & Lisa back for another round (I didn't know who they were until later). Just the way he appeared and how he presented his music... that's the artist I perceive Prince to be. His serenity and peacefulness during "Te Amo Corazon" (part of the reason I got 3121 as one of my first albums) down to his mastery of the guitar during "Purple Rain"... Truly, it was Princely perfection
