I don't know what vegan is. I never looked into it cause it sounds like a trendy Hollywood version of "vegetarian"
From what I read on here it sounds sorta like the book put out by the McDougalls (sp)in the 80's. I was on it for a long time and they had some great recipies. They went into detail about how humans have grinding teeth for vegies not tearing teeth like meat eaters and that meat eaters have very short intestines to get rid of meat(that spoils quickly inside you) and humans have long intestines to slow vegies down so we can absorb the nutrition. And that we are the only being on the planet that drinks the milk of another spiecies and on and on..... I just finally just got tired of cooking constantly.....though I'm sure the world is more hip to all that by now.
Anyone that runs with Prince better be able to keep up or get lost in the shuffle. I think a better question is would he stop being vegan (if he truly is) 4 u??? xoxox

eyem embarrased 2 say, but wen eye first started listening 2 p eye bacame a vegetarian, but it only lasted for about a good 9 months. eye had 2 have mii chicken!!! but eye still dont eat beef and pork, and it fits mii diet

It wasn't necessarily for him, but he was an inspiration in my becoming a vegetarian. I read his interview with mayte in vegetarian times and just thought this is right and never ate meat again.

I have been vegetarian since 2000. Recently became pregnant and totally went vegan. Not by choice but not able 2 keep anything down xcpt liquids and fruit. Now all I eat is vegs and fruit. and feeln healthy. I lost the child but am still vegan and not evn cravn any of those foods or meats I ate. I stay truly Organic and feel good.

In response to the question, "Would u go vegan for Prince?". My answer is, Oh hell to the no!

We have in Brazil what me call Rodizio,its a restaurant that you pay something like 30 dollars and eat all kinds of meat,no stop,you eat the amounth of food that you can stand and you have a huge table whit all kinds of salads and hot dishes.... so ive been going to those places since i was a kid,and just love the meat,but if Prince invited me to be his guitar player for lets say 3 years i would quit meat and the rodizio forever!

NO. I find the smell of beef, lamb, and chicken very enticing.

Well, he could ask. But I suspect that after I told him that I'd take "no meat" literally - which meant he wouldn't be getting any head - he'd drop the idea pretty quickly.

I've actually been vegan, and it's not a stretch, but I'd have to say no. After all, he wouldn't stop relaxing his hair for me. Love and let live.
